Appointment of New Company Secretary

The board of M J Gleeson Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Joy Baldry, currently Assistant Company Secretary, to the role of Company Secretary for the Gleeson Group with immediate effect.

Joy has been with the Gleeson Group for two years and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
